Resolved - Incident Summary

Incident Time: 13:25 – 13:55 CET (30 minutes)

Impact
Between 13:25 and 13:55 CET, some customers experienced delays in viewing newly issued test results and slower response times when accessing results on the LNT page. This temporarily disrupted normal testing workflows.

Root Cause
The incident was caused by increased system load from internal analytics activity. A recent deployment did not sufficiently isolate this workload from customer-facing services, resulting in degraded performance on the LNT page.

Resolution and Preventive Measures
The incident was resolved at 13:55 CET, and our investigation has identified the root cause. To prevent similar incidents, we are strengthening our deployment review and validation processes, with a particular focus on workload isolation and maintaining consistent customer-facing performance under increased load.

Monitoring - A fix has been applied and test results on the Live Number Testing page are loading normally again. The issue was caused by increased load on the database between 13:25 and 13:55 CEST, which delayed the display of test results for some users. Tests continued to be executed as usual during this period, and no test data was lost. All results are now available on the page. We are monitoring the system to ensure stability and will post a final update shortly.

MT degraded performance
Resolved - Root cause:
Inefficient background processing for TTL and test-number offline checks increased database load, coinciding with a higher test rate and interfering with normal test processing.

We deployed a targeted performance improvement, and monitoring confirmed recovery by approximately 10:45 UTC. Response times have returned to normal, and we continue to monitor the service.
