Resolved - On 27th of June, 2025 at 12:21 PM, the SMPP session manager service experienced a brief restart during internal maintenance. This caused all SMPP sessions to go offline for approximately 3 minutes, after which they automatically reconnected. We apologize for any inconvenience this brief interruption may have caused.

Resolved - The issue affecting the LNT platform has been resolved. The platform is now fully operational.

The incident was caused by unusually high load on our database, which led to partial service degradation. Our team identified and mitigated the root cause, and systems have since returned to normal.
